Everyday things make the most difference. Praying, whether it’s just as I’m going through the day, or a more intentional period of time, reading the Bible. Making the choice in the moment to forgive, if I’m wronged, or to capture an unhealthy thought and choose to think on something wholesome.
When I was younger I thought of the bigger things and moments of my life in answer to questions like these. As I get older I’ve come to find that it’s the small things all combined that bring the most ’staying power’.
